♦ This machine can cut pork, mutton, sheepmeet, beef, chicken and other meat into different size cubes/dices(1~60mm optional). Our factory can customize the cutter size based on your needs.
♦ This machine is with pressure tensioning device, convenient to install and adjust cutter; with cutter stabilizing device, so the cutter will not move when cutting meat. It's preferred machine for dicing meat.
♦ This machine is with scram button and safety protection switch to ensure safe, it adopts precompression design to keep the meat dicing uniformly. When single blade cutting, the meat push rod will be stepping motion to ensure cutting size accuracy.
♦ The machine is made of 304 stainless steel materials, reach hygiene standard and easy to clean&maintenance, high quality.
♦ The machine can adjust cutting thickness rotary knob, which can change the speed of meat push rod, so as to realize different cutting thickness.
♦ The cutting groove side adopts movable side pressure structure, convenient to feed meat and improve work efficiency. It can compress meat before cutting, so even the meat are higher than feeding inlet, it doesn't need to be pre-cut.
♦ One hand operation system and meat operation platform make the operate be more convenient and save labour.
♦ The machine parts can be disassembly easy, convenient to clean the meat residue in the machine.
♦ The machine's core component dicing driving system with tight sealing, waterproof.
♦ The compression cover is different with traditional cover, it does curve movement, not rectilinear movement. This is also the requirement for one hand operation.
